Great van, really like the size and layout of this van. Perfect for our family of 4. We did 5 nights at the coast and just makes setup and pack up so easy. This is my second hire with Escape on wheels and Ill be back again, very helpful and friendly.

What is the minimum booking period?
We have a minimum booking period of 5 days over school holidays and Christmas holiday period. During the off season the minimum booking period is 3 days.
What is included vs what’s an extra?
We include these items in all our caravans for you to use:
- Linen ( fitted sheets, pillows and comforters. In winter or cold weather please bring extra blankets).
- Plates.
- Cups.
- Cutlery
- Cookware: A small pot, a frypan, cooking utensils and a kettle.Basic pantry: Salt, sugar, chocolate, tea, coffee, cooking oil.
- First Aid kit.
- Some small board games.
Do I need an Electric Brake Controller?
You don’t need to have an electric brake controller fitted to your car. We can provide you with a portable brake controller free of charge. All you need is a 7 or 12 pin flat connector that is working properly.
What sort of tow-vehicle do I need?
The vehicle you need to tow our caravans depends on the one you would like to hire. Your car should have a towing capacity of at least 1400kg and minimum 80kg tow ball weight allowance.
Are there any age restrictions for hiring?
The driver’s minimum age to hire our camper is 21. Towing experience is essential. Drivers will require a full license. There will be an additional $600 excess that will be applied to your booking on top of the standard excess for drivers under 25 years.
